Public Lecturing

Skansen

Skansen is the world’s oldest open-air museum, founded in 1891 on the island Djurgården in Stockholm. It showcases Swedish history, culture and nature, featuring over 150 historical homes, a Nordic zoo and traditional craft demonstrations.

On January 25, 2025 I was invited to give an inspirational lecture for Skansen’s staff. The lecture was centered around the history of scents during the timeline of the museum, with a special focus on lived environments and social development.
